The 10th Standing Committee in Guinea Conakry began with an opening prayer by Bishop Anthony Borwa. There were presentations of various addresses of welcome by the Archbishop of Conakry, the President of the episcopal conference of Guinea Conakry, the Apostolic Nonce of Mali and Guinea. Finally the welcome address of the President of RECOWA-CERAO, Msgr. Alexis Touabli Youlo.

In his usual brotherly attitude, he thanked the staff of RECOWA-CERAO and everyone who worked and contributed his/her quota in the preparation of this Assembly. He therefore declare the Assembly opening while charging everyone to replace hate with love.

He asked everyone in West Africa to reject the gun. This material has a voice whose sound does not bring any good to anybody. He asked the the blessed virgin Mary, mother of the poor to interceed for us.

 

Le 10e Comité permanent en Guinée Conakry a commencé par une prière d’ouverture de Mgr Anthony Borwa. Il y a eu des présentations de diverses allocutions de bienvenue par l’archevêque de Conakry, le président de la conférence épiscopale de Guinée Conakry, le nonce apostolique du Mali et de la Guinée. Enfin l’allocution de bienvenue du Président de RECOWA-CERAO, Mgr. Alexis Touabli Youlo.

Dans son attitude fraternelle habituelle, il a remercié le personnel du RECOWA-CERAO et tous ceux qui ont travaillé et contribué à la préparation de cette Assemblée. Il déclare donc l’ouverture de l’Assemblée en chargeant chacun de remplacer la haine par l’amour.

Il a demandé à tout le monde en Afrique de l’Ouest de rejeter l’arme. Ce matériau a une voix dont le son n’apporte rien de bon à personne. Il a demandé à la bienheureuse vierge Marie, mère des pauvres d’intercéder pour nous.

 

O 10º Comitê Permanente na Guiné Conacri começou com uma oração de abertura do Bispo Anthony Borwa. Foram apresentados vários discursos de boas-vindas do Arcebispo de Conacri, do Presidente da Conferência Episcopal da Guiné Conacri, do Nonce Apostólico do Mali e da Guiné. Finalmente, o discurso de boas-vindas 9f do Presidente da RECOWA-CERAO, Mons. Alexis Touabli Youlo.

Na sua habitual atitude fraterna, agradeceu ao pessoal da RECOWA-CERAO e a todos os que trabalharam e contribuíram com a sua quota na preparação desta Assembleia. Ele, portanto, declara a abertura da Assembléia enquanto cobra de todos para substituir o ódio pelo amor.

Ele pediu a todos na África Ocidental que rejeitassem a arma. Este material tem uma voz cujo som não traz bem a ninguém. Pediu à bem-aventurada Virgem Maria, mãe dos pobres, que intercedesse por nós.
