RECOWA RENEWAL OF LEADERSHIP BODIES

During the 5th General Assembly of RECOWA, held from May 5 to 12, the bishops renewed the mandate of:

President of RECOWA: Most Rev. Alexis Touably Youlo, Bishop of Agboville, Côte d’Ivoire
First Vice-President of RECOWA: Most Rev. Joseph Afrifah Agyekum, Bishop of Koforidua, Ghana
Second Vice-President of RECOWA: Most Rev. Ildo Augusto dos Santos Lopes Fortes, Bishop of Mindelo, Cape Verde
Secretary General of RECOWA: Rev. Father Vitalis Anaehobi from Nigeria
First Deputy Secretary General: Rev. Father Vincent de Paul Boro from Burkina Faso

The Second Deputy Secretary General and the Director of Communications of RECOWA, having completed their second and final term, were replaced respectively by:
Rev. Father Medesse Ambroise Benoît Kinhoun from Benin and Rev. Father Paul Dah from Burkina Faso.
